  • Please let us know when booking your appointment so we can allow the right amount of time. Your stylist will assess your hair on arrival and discuss if extra product or time is required.

  • Permanent straightening generally takes 3–5 hours, depending on your hair length, thickness, and condition. Once we’ve assessed your hair in person, we’ll provide a more accurate timeframe. Please allow enough space in your day so we can complete the service without rushing your experience.

  • Yes! We provide all bridal and event styling services in salon.

  • Yes — gift cards are available to purchase in salon.

  • Coming in for curls or an event style?
    • Wash your hair the day before.
    • If you have oily hair, wash it on the day.

    Coming in for colour?
    • Wash your hair the day before your appointment.

    Coming in for permanent straightening or smoothing?
    • No need to wash beforehand — your hair will be washed as part of the service.tion
